We listen to what's most important to you and build a detailed list of apartments that are tailored to what you're looking for. We provide you with the pros and cons of each apartment, the locations therein, and how each building is best for what you are looking for. If you need to know the distance between your job and the apartment you're interested in, we provide this information to you. We also provide you with the locations of grocery stores, restaurants, bars, shopping, and entertainment in the areas we refer you to.

What we provide is a more refined and narrowed down list of places to live, that is tailored to you. Moving into a new home has to make sense right. It has to be closer to your job, has great school districts, central to the areas you enjoy hanging out at, grocery stores should be nearby, and entertainment should be within walking distance. This is something current apartment search websites and apps with algorithms can't do for you. This is because artificial intelligence cannot listen to you. But we can, and we will. We can even provide you with a comprehensive list of vendors to do all sorts of things to make your move even easier. We're here in the beginning of your search and we will be here after your move is complete.

COST AND SERVICES

PROVIDES YOU WITH THE FOLLOWING:
1. A personal concierge to assist you with the moving process.
2. We match you with the best luxury apartment in our extensive database.
3. You'll be provided with a list of 10 apartments we've determined fits your requirements and lifestyle most.
4. After you've determined which building fits you best, we take over. We book your appointments with the apartment staff, and assist you with the application and qualification process. We inform you on what's needed should you be interested in applying to one of the apartments on the list.
5. Once a decision is made, we will help you with getting to know the new area you'll be living in. You'll be provided with an extensive list of restaurants, bars, clubs, shopping, parks, schools, bus and train routes.
6. If needed we will also provide you with our list of vendors; movers, furniture rental companies, apartment organizers, or even interior decoraters.
7. Moving coordinator. Keeping in constant contact with movers and leasing staff to ensure a smooth transition into your new apartment. (Please be aware that some property managers and companies will only deal with clients directly.) Broker recommendations if needed.
8. Two virtual propery tours are an additional 150.00. Any virtual tours in additon to this are 175.00 per building.
